After the game, new Gilas Pilipinas Head Coach and current Talk N Text Consultant Tab Baldwin confronted Arwind Santos to let him know that the final dunk was an insult to Talk N Text since SMB already won the game. In an interview, Arwind Santos meant no disrespect to TNT but was just happy to dunk for the San Miguel Beer Fans.

Do you think that it is still ok to shoot the ball or dunk even if the team is already leading by a big margin?
lols is there any rule in physics that disallows any individual to dunk the ball at anytime he/she wishes? No, even United Nations or any human rights org will not frown upon this lols 😛 so in other words that question is pretty much up for grabs so just do whateva you wanna do hahaha how about a full court made 3 point shot, that’s probably worse than getting dunked on during garbage minutes 😛 heehee
In the NBA it is an unwritten code among players that DO NOT INSULT TO INJURY, even though the dunk was not meant to insult but prudence may have been given consideration.

TNT has always a problem when it come to things like this. During their Finals clash against BMeg (Purefoods) some years ago, they end up complaining against official after losing a 7 game series against the eventual champion BMeg. This time around, they’ve been swept by the Beermen. TNT should know that they couldn’t win all games. We win some, we loose some.
