If the naturalization of JaVale McGee and Andray Blatche pushes through before the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup, one player from Gilas Pilipinas will surely be replaced by either McGee or Blatche and that is Marcus Douthit because in FIBA Tournaments, only 1 naturalized player can play per tournament.
