Kelly Williams and Jared Dillinger out of Gilas Pool
Just at the start of April 2013, it was announced that Kelly Williams will be out indefinitely due to a recurring illness, Williams will not be able to play for Talk N Text and Smart Gilas Pilipinas. Full Story here
Then just recently, Jared Dillinger had a road accident which he suffered a fracture in his pelvic bone, Dillinger will also not be able to play for Talk N Text for some time and will also be out of the Smart Gilas Pilipinas Player Pool for the FIBA Asia Championship 2013 in Manila. Full Story here
Smart Gilas FIBA Asia Championship Player Pool is now down to 15 players. No replacements will be made according to Coach Chot Reyes.

Updates: Kelly Williams and Jared Dillinger out of Gilas Pool
One PBA Player per team on Gilas Pilipinas
The Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Board has approved to lend at least 1 PBA player per team for the Gilas Pilipinas National Basketball Team that will compete in the FIBA Asia Championship this August 2013. The only sure player for that team is Naturalized-player, Marcus Douthit. But it is still the decision of Coach Chot Reyes who will make the final lineup.
