Philippines won the Gold Medal in the 2015 SEA Games Men’s Basketball. Gilas Cadets defeated Indonesia in the Gold Medal match 72-64, led by Mac Belo with 22 points including 4 crucial free throws in the end game.

Philippines will play for the Gold Medal in the 2015 SEA Games Men’s Basketball after beating Thailand, 80-75 in the Semifinals. Troy Rosario led Gilas Cadets with 27 points, 12 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals.

3rd straight win by Gilas Cadets and their biggest win so far in the 2015 SEA Games led by Rashleigh Paolo Rivero with 24 points (12/13 FGs).
Kevin Ferrer with 19 points and was 5/9 from the three-point line. Mark Belo scored 15 points and also with 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 3 steals. Baser Amer with 14 points and 5 assists.
Kiefer Ravena with 12 points, 4 assists and 4 steals and Almond Vosotros with 12 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Highest scorer from Timor Leste was Ivo Miranda with just 6 points.

June 11, 2015 – OCBC Arena, Singapore
Almond Vosotros led Gilas Cadets with 21 points (5/11 from the 3-point line). Troy Rosario with an all-around game with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 8 steals. Marcus Douthit scored 12 points and grabbed 8 rebounds.
After leading Gilas Cadets in their 1st game, Kiefer Ravena contributed 8 points and 6 assists vs Malaysia. Great game also by Amer Baser with 6 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

Bobby Ray Parks and Arnold Van Opstal is out of the SEA Games Roster because of injuries and will be replaced by Baser Amer and Prince Rivero for the 2015 SEA Games Basketball in Singapore from June 9-15, 2015.
