Gilas Pilipinas Basketball

Let us all welcome the FIBA Evaluation Commission Inspection Team as they inspect possible venues for the 2019 FIBA World Cup. Basketball Venues that will be inspected includes the Philippine Arena, Smart Araneta Coliseum, Mall of Asia Arena and 2 more venues to be developed soon: SM Cebu Arena and Solaire Arena.

-Burton Shipley (FIBA Central Board member/FIBA Oceania president)
-Predrag Bogosavljev (FIBA director of events)
-Frank Leenders (FIBA director-general of media and marketing services)
-Lubomir Kotleba (FIBA adviser/ambassador of quality officiating)

FIBA secretary-general Patrick Baumann will also be in Manila to meet with the evaluation committee and the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas.
