Paul Lee was named PBA Player of the Week for the period of April 25-May 1, 2016 in the 2016 PBA Commissioners Cup. The Lethal Weapon helped Rain or Shine Elasto Painters eliminate defending Champions San Miguel Beermen scoring 18 points along with 5 assists and 2 rebounds.
A knee problem caused Paul Lee to miss some games and played limited minutes in the elimination round for Rain or Shine.
