Jones Cup: Mighty Sports defeats South Korea
Mighty Sports representing Philippines defeated South Korea, 86-65 in their 2nd game of the 2016 William Jones Cup held in Taipei, Taiwan.
Ex-PBA import Al Thornton led Mighty Sports with 24 points (14 in the 4th quarter). Zach Graham contributed 13 points and Dewarick Spencer scored 12 points for Philippines.
Ty Tang was the only local player who scored for Philippines with 3 points. Fil-Am Jason Brickman scored 5 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. Mighty Sports now 2-0 along with Iran.
