France defeats Turkey, will face Canada in Finals
France defeated Turkey, 75-63 to set a finals showdown against Canada in the 2016 FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament Manila. Thomas Heurtel led Team France with 17 points while Nando de Colo with 13 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals.
Omer Asik led Turkey with 19 points but they shot only 15% from the three-point line and had 16 turnovers. Nicolas Batum played his 1st game for Team France in the FIBA OQT and finished with just 3 points along with 2 assists and 2 steals. Tony Parker scored only 2 points.
France vs Canada Finals Game will be held tomorrow, July 10, 9pm at the Mall of Asia Arena. Winner will get a slot in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
