Foreign Players in the NBA Preseason Game
There were a couple of foreign players included in the line-up of Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers when they played the 1st NBA Preseason Game in the Philippines last October 10, 2013 at Mall of Asia Arena.
Luis Scola from Argentina
Omri Casspi from Israel
Donatas Motiejunas from Lithuania
Ian Mahinmi from France
Omer Asik from Turkey (DNP)
Francisco Garcia from Dominican Republic (DNP)
Special Mention goes to Jeremy Lin, although he was born and raised in the USA, both his parents are from Taiwan
