Cariaso Out, Agustin In as Ginebra Coach
Another Coaching change in Ginebra as Ato Agustin is back as head coach replacing Jeff Cariaso.
No word yet on what will happen to Jeff Cariaso and Assistant Coach Olsen Racela but they maybe back at Purefoods.

Why is it that there is no permanent coaching staff / head coach for Brgy. Ginebra? When in fact, I think all of the head coaches assigned with BGSM were all great and dedicated to their job. The only thing missing is the heart of a “Never Say Die” attitude which seems to be carried-out by the whole team. My family and I are solid fans of BGSM, we truly get disappointed and hurt with the outcome of the past conferences that we were not able to get the championship trophy and seldom be part of the finals. I even received bullies from my friends, said bad/negative words about my favorite pba team (BGSM). But as an avid/solid fan, i stand by my team. I know for sure that BGSM played well and still the number 1 team in the PBA. I saw the teamwork and effort of BGSM players, and i still believe in them. I just hope and pray that BGSM group will hire someone with a brilliant mind, great motivator, compassionate and winning heart, and with a “NEVER SAY DIE” attitude head coach like the Living Legend Sonny Jaworski. His heart is to win the game and make the fans happy watching them playing. For me, the only answer for a championship trophy is no other than the Living Legend! We want to see him again coaching the team and uphold the “NEVER SAY DIE” attitude that lives and gives the mark of Brgy. Ginebra… =)

Dun sa mga nag comment kundi nyo alam ang sinasabi nyo magsitahimik na lang kayo,ang basketball hindi lang sa never say die attitude eh makakapag panalo ng team at mag champion,yun character ng isang team nakukuha yan sa programa na ibinibigay ng coach at kung paano nya imotivate ang players nya,daldal kayo ng daldal nakapag laro ba kayo ng organize basketball nag coach ba kayo?ang hirap sa inyo makapag salita kayo parang alam nyo na kung ano ang dapat gawin,magsitigil nga kayo manuod na lang kayo,lahat ng team dyan nagpapakahirap mag insayo para manalo hindi nakukuha yan sa never say die tapos tambak at talo

dapat magkaroon ng isang coach lang hindi yung every conference papalitan ang coaching staff or head coach. it is hard to adopt a new system for a team na papalit-palit ng ng coach and system. what ginebra needs to do is to solidify their system and they need to know their individual roles as part of the team. hindi yung lahat gustong maging superstar. trading players is not a solution. having a stable and permanent mentor is the key. coach na magtuturo sa ginebra ng tamang disiplina. disiplina at focus ang kailangang matutunan nila sa isang coach.
Sa akin alsisin si L.A Tenorio. sa totoo lng marami nmn pointguard ang BGSM.
