To reach the semifinals, Brazil won against Montenegro in their 1st game but lost by 3 to Cameroon in their 2nd game. Almost same with Gilas Pilipinas as the won their 1st assignment against Latvia but lost to Georgia by 2 points.
There are a couple of NBA players from Brazil led by Bruno Caboclo who has an average of 17.5 points per game and 6.5 rebounds per game. Also with NBA experience are players Raul Neto, Cristiano Felicio, Marcelinho Huertas, Didi Louzada and Gui Santos.
