Alaska with come from behind win in Game 1
With June Mar Fajardo injured, San Miguel Beermen still took control of the game for 3 quarters until the Alaska Aces made a big 4th quarter run to take Game 1 of the 2016 PBA Philippine Cup Finals.
Vic Manuel led Alaska with 24 points (14 in the 4th quarter) while Cyrus Baguio scored 16 points and Chris Banchero contributed 15 points. Alex Cabagnot led SMB with 20 points. Calvin Abueva with 12 points and 13 rebounds as Alaska outrebounded San Miguel, 48-28.
