Aside from the North vs South PBA All-Star Game, the 2016 PBA All-Star Weekend will also feature the Greats vs Stalwarts where past, present, and future PBA Players will showcase their talents on August 5 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Both teams will be composed of 4 former PBA players, 4 current PBA players, and 4 PBA D-League players.

Senator Manny Pacquiao will replace LA Revilla who is currently injured for Team Stalwarts.
