Gilas Pilipinas continued its unbeaten romp in the 2017 SEABA Championships in Manila, Philippines after a 106-51 trashing of Malaysia on Sunday, May 14 at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City.
Andray Blatche played his best game of the tournament so far, scoring 13 points while adding eight rebounds and five assists. Troy Rosario also had 13 points on 6-of-9 shooting.

Noise quickly circulated from the crowd watching the Gilas Pilipinas-Singapore game last Saturday night in the 2017 SEABA Championships when many-time national team member Marc Pingris was shown on the big screen late in the fourth quarter of what was already a lopsided affair.
Gilas won the match, 113-66 to improve to 2-0 in the tournament standings.
