Manila North composed of Calvin Abueva, Vic Manuel, Karl Dehesa and Troy Rosario qualified for the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Final by securing 2nd place in the Manila Leg of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour held at Robinson’s Place Manila. In the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Final, Manila North entered the quarterfinals by beating Doha but lost to champions NoviSad Alwahda in the Quarterfinals.
Side Event: 2015 FIBA 3×3 All Stars
Team Philippines composed of Kiefer Ravena, Jeron Teng, Bright Osakie Akhuetie and Olaide Adeogun played in an exhibition game.

Although Batang Gilas U16 finished just 5th place, they still made history as the 1st one to beat China in the FIBA Asia U16. Batang Gilas qualified for this tournament by going undefeated in the SEABA U16 Championships held in Cagayan de Oro City.
